1. About us

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the supply of cleaning services by Kriss Professional Cleaning Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. You can contact us at info@krissprocleaning.co.uk or 07387 007943.

2. Quotations and bookings

All quotations are valid for 30 days. A booking is confirmed once we send you a written confirmation by email, WhatsApp or text message. By confirming a booking you agree to these Terms.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Domestic and one-off cleans are payable on completion by bank transfer or card. Commercial contracts are invoiced monthly with payment due within 14 days. Late payment may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

4. Access and utilities

You agree to provide safe access to the property, running water and electricity for the duration of the clean. If we cannot access the property at the agreed time, a call-out fee of up to 50% of the quoted price may apply.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the booking value; same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged at 100%.

6. Our 72-hour re-clean guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the clean, please notify us within 72 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no extra cost. Refunds are issued only where re-cleaning is not practical and the complaint is upheld.

7. Liability and insurance

We carry £5,000,000 public liability insurance. Our maximum liability for any single claim is limited to the value of the affected service. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing wear and tear, defective fittings, or items not declared as fragile prior to the clean.

8. Claims procedure

Any claim for damage or loss must be reported in writing within 48 hours of the clean, with photographs where possible. We will investigate and respond within 5 working days.

9. Staff and non-solicitation

Our cleaners are employed and trained by Kriss Professional Cleaning Ltd. You agree not to directly employ or engage any of our staff for a period of 12 months from their last visit to your premises, without our prior written consent.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
