No. We bring everything we need, including eco-friendly products that are safe for kids and pets. If you'd prefer we use your own products, just let us know.

Pricing depends on the size of your property, the type of clean and how often you'd like us. We give a free, transparent quote — usually within 24 hours of getting in touch.

Yes. For regular contracts we assign a dedicated cleaner so you get a familiar face and consistent results.

What's your cancellation policy?

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can offer the slot to someone else. Late cancellations may incur a small fee.

Do you offer end-of-tenancy guarantees?

Yes. Our end-of-tenancy cleans come with a 48-hour re-clean guarantee — if your landlord or agent flags anything, we'll come back and put it right at no extra cost.
